2). WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT GROUND WE PROCESS IT

Sensitive Data
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details you will be asked to confirm your consent to this processing.

We do not share your information with third parties, other than those required by law or business purpose, detailed below. We will never sell your information to third parties.
Your information may be shared with our trusted partners for billing purposed and location specific training, for example:
Charterhouses Ltd, a UK corporation, who are authorized to provide our services, fulfil billing and marketing purposes.
And;
IQ Business, a South Africa corporation, who are authorized to provide our services, fulfil billing and marketing purposes.
This is only done with your knowledge and request for information or billing.
